	U.S. Ambassador to the OSCE Visits Jacksonville
	On Thursday, January 8, 2004 the International Forum Institute welcomed Ambassador Stephan Minikes, United States Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The Ambassador traveled from Vienna, Austria to Washington, D.C. where he conducted high level meetings. Following his trip to Washington, the Ambassador was kind enough to accept our invitation to join us for two speaking engagements in Jacksonville, Florida.
