Biography

Stephanie Jason is currently President of IFCG, Inc., a U.S. based consulting firm, established in 2000, providing strategic advisory services with a special focus on IT, security and defense, oil and gas, and construction/infrastructure. IFCG currently represent multi-national corporations on global business development requirements in North Africa, Middle East and southwest Asian markets.

Stephanie is also a consultant with Ridge Global, a leading homeland security firm in Washington, D.C. run by former Secretary of the U.S Department of Homeland Security and Governor of Pennsylvania, the Honorable Tom Ridge.

Stephanie has 17 years of experience in international markets and project management, and has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations. Over the years, Stephanie has provided strategic advice and assistance in a broad range of vertical markets involving assets affected or influenced by host governments, business development and contract negotiations, project and risk management, and external government relations with over 40 Countries. Stephanie is a frequent speaker at global conferences and summit’s on security, oil and gas, and critical national infrastructure issues.

Stephanie was formerly President of Duos Technologies International a company specializing in intelligent video surveillance systems and turnkey security systems for the protection of critical infrastructure and homeland security. Stephanie has also held Executive positions with the International Energy Advisory Council, an international organization promoting energy security with a focus on the supply of oil, natural gas and related.

Geo-political issues, and Global Options, a firm in Washington D.C. focused on investigations, security and risk management run by retired senior officials from the U.S. Government. In addition to Stephanie’s years of global leadership experience, she has also hosted high level diplomatic meetings and summits for energy security with the United States, U.K., Ukraine, Russian, Turkey and Egyptian governments addressing critical energy supply and geopolitical security issues.

Stephanie is actively involved in a nonprofit, 501C3 corporation based in the United States as President of the International Forum Institute, a nonpolitical organization promoting international cooperation and understanding through interaction and dialogue. IFI has supported initiatives to empower women and children and promote ethics throughout Africa and in Iraq. Mrs. Jason was commissioned to draft and implement a National Female Empowerment Initiative in Libya, and hosted the first Libyan Women’s Empowerment Conference in Tripoli, following the lifting of U.S. Sanctions, in cooperation with the Libyan Government. IFI is currently working with City Ethics to promote empowerment programs in Libya and Iraq, and a female empowerment and poverty eradication program in the United States.

Stephanie is also a Member of the Board of the International Visitors Corp of Jacksonville the local branch and partner of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program and the Library of Congress Open World Exchange Program. IVCJ is responsible for hosting Dignitaries and officials from foreign nations under the Department of State federally funded programs.

Mrs. Jason received her B.A. in political science from George Washington University Mount Vernon Campus and was awarded the Lloyd Benson Governmental Excellence award. Mrs. Jason is an active promoter of international women’s empowerment and ethics programs.
